This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices of Bulletproof Pixels. This privacy notice applies solely to information collected by us in regard to the services we are hired to perform.
Our policy regarding our client's privacy is rather simple; We agree to treat all information you share with us about yourself, your business, and anything else as priviledged information* required to complete the terms of the contract between us.
Information Gathered
The information we gather includes, but is not limited to the following:
- The names of individuals with whom we carry out the terms of the contract
- All contact information such as phone numbers, email addresses, etc. shared with us
- All the information provided to us via forms on our website (bulletproofpixels.com) e.g. our questionnaire
- All login information (usernames and passwords) shared to provide access to servers, etc.
Information Sharing
We reserve the right to share the work we perform for you on our site in the form of examples of our work in our portfolio, write ups concerning our processes, case studies written about specific aspects of the project or the project as a whole. This means we are able to use your company name and provide a link to your site as well as share aspects of the project which do not violate our commitment to keeping strategic information critical to your business private*.
Information Storage
We do not store client information on any online database. The information we do collect and store (in our local storage method only) the following information:
- The names of individuals who are our primary points of contact during the course of the project communication
- All contact information such as phone numbers, email addresses, etc.
- A record of all communication between us that is pertinent for our own internal (learning) processes
- A signed hard-copy of the signed contract, as well as a digital copy of the contract which records the terms, including amendments to the contract for extra requested work
- Digital copies of all invoices submitted for payment
All login information (usernames and passwords) shared to provide access to servers, etc. are discarded once final payment is received. If we have future business together, this information will have to be re-supplied to us. We strongly suggest that once our business is finalized and completed, you change all usernames and passwords provided to us.
Information Security
Because we do not keep online databases of client information, your information is as secure as it can possibly be.
